If you are authoring a Manuscript please read and follow the INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPTS for the Joint 9TH Federal Interagency Sedimentation Conference and 4th Federal Interagency Hydrologic Modeling Conference before submitting any abstracts, papers, or presentations.

If you are creating a Poster please read and follow the INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF POSTERS for the Joint 9TH Federal Interagency Sedimentation Conference and 4th Federal Interagency Hydrologic Modeling Conference before submitting any posters.

If you are going to be making a Presentation please read and follow the INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF PRESENTATIONS for the Joint 9TH Federal Interagency Sedimentation Conference and 4th Federal Interagency Hydrologic Modeling Conference before developing any presentations.


Drafts of papers are due by December 31, 2009. Drafts will be reviewed and comments and recommendations for finalization will be returned by January 31, 2010. Final papers are due March 1, 2010. Agency reviews may be performed any time prior to the March 1, 2010 deadline.

Please take the time to read the instructions on naming conventions and the upload procedure. Upload your paper and abstract to the conference site at http://upload.jfic.us <http://upload.jfic.us/> or send your paper/abstract to the respective technical program chair. The preferred method is via uploading to the server.

The upload site will be open through March 1st, 2010 and all final papers must be provided by that date. Please include complete mailing address, phone, fax, and email address on all transmittals or inquiries.

Submission by e-mail or land mail is also acceptable.
